This morning,
the sun of truth
rose through
the window of my heart
and quite annoyingly
giving me a jolt
screamed at me
loud and clear:

"Yo sleepy head
the morning has come
it is a new day
filled with new hope
what has never happened before
will happen today
O soul
its time now
wake up!"
